Scope of Work
Little Lion Pro Wash LLC agrees to provide exterior cleaning services as outlined in the approved quote. Services may include house washing, roof cleaning, gutter cleaning, surface cleaning, and paver sealing using a combination of soft washing and pressure washing methods.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
A 3% processing fee will be applied to all debit and credit card payments.
Water Usage
Client agrees to provide access to an on-site water source. Little Lion Pro Wash LLC will use the customer’s water supply to complete all services.
Scheduling & Weather
Services are subject to weather conditions. Appointments may be rescheduled due to rain, high winds, or unsafe conditions.
Property Access & Preparation
The client is responsible for:
Ensuring all windows and doors are fully closed and sealed
Securing pets inside the home
Providing clear access to all service areas
Exterior Surface Risks & Pre-Existing Conditions
While every precaution is taken, the client acknowledges:
Pre-existing damage (loose siding, cracked paint, aged caulking, deteriorated wood, etc.) may be exposed during cleaning
Homes in Suffolk & Nassau County may experience oxidation, which can become more visible after cleaning
Not all stains, oxidation, or discoloration can be fully removed
Water Intrusion Disclaimer
Little Lion Pro Wash LLC is not responsible for water intrusion due to:
Improperly sealed windows or doors
Faulty construction or aging materials
Pre-existing structural issues
Plant & Landscape Protection
We take extensive precautions to protect landscaping, including pre-wetting and rinsing.
However, the client acknowledges:
Little Lion Pro Wash LLC is not responsible for damage to vegetation due to pre-existing conditions or failure to disclose delicate plants.
Roof Cleaning Disclaimer
Roof cleaning is performed using a soft wash method. Full results may take time as organic growth is treated and naturally breaks down over time.
Gutter Cleaning Disclaimer
Gutter cleaning includes removal of debris from accessible areas only. We are not responsible for:
Paver Sealing Disclaimer
Paver sealing enhances appearance and protection but:
Results may vary depending on condition and age
Efflorescence, stains, or prior damage may still be visible
Sealer lifespan depends on traffic, weather, and maintenance
Limitation of Liability
Little Lion Pro Wash LLC is fully insured.
We are not responsible for:
Pre-existing damage
Improper installation of surfaces
Oxidation-related color variation
Any conditions not visible or disclosed prior to service
Cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.
Agreement
By approving this quote, the client acknowledges and agrees to all terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.
